The drones are US UAV's looking for some nuclear material or chemical signature.

What if they think terrorists have smuggled a device into the Northeast and are searching for isotope signatures? They wouldn't do it during the day to completely freak us out. They'd do it at night.

Or.... they're aliens here to either A. Save us from ourselves as a human species. Or B. Destroy and enslave a weak species run by idiots and supported by fools.

find it unreasonable to hypothesize that some of the sightings were the product of some government body's actions which they are not being transparent about. And that they are happy to hide in the noise.

If one reads the various official statements, and considers the aggressive technicality/loophole/didn't-actually-say mindset of government spokespeople, there are freight train-sized holes to drive through when considering the question: "are ANY of these incidents being talked about a government action?"

Cause if you are looking for nuclear material or a chemical signature you would most definitely want to make sure you have flashing lights to alert everyone around you of your presence including the said people hiding such things. Or if you are an alien then the sure way to hide is to pretend to be a drone with flashing lights so the whole nation is wondering what you are. I'm sure the technology to fly between stars does not include anything but the ability to hide as a drone with flashing lights. Perfect sense. There is no way it is just drones flown by the US government doing tests on their ability to operate in a civilian infrastructure, talk about far fetched conspiracy theories. What a dumb idea.

Some of the posts here have that mocking, whistling past the graveyard quality that we saw in January 2020, when some of us were accused of various things for posting about this frightening new disease striking China. We were "fearmongering" and "creating hysteria."

a number of factors. After that is the idea that the drones are part of a training/programming program for the Trump administration, overseen by Musk, to prepare drones to enforce curfews or some kind of restriction on the travel of Americans at some time in the near future.

I am sure it has a purpose.
I don't think it's a prank.
It isn't mass "hysteria" because there is an objective cause (besides, people are not "hysterical"; they are interested, and what intelligent person wouldn't be?)
The people at the Pentagon and DHS absolutely know what is going on

I feel the quantum buzzword is not getting enough play, and is getting lonely.

So surely these are quantum drones, that are both there and not there? That's why state governors can be demanding action at the same time as federal employees are saying there's nothing unusual going on.
