8. In my opinion, they are police dept drones...

Two or three weeks ago, a suspect had escaped from police custody a few blocks from my house and he had come to my door in handcuffs and attempted to hide in my backyard. The cops came with 7 marked vehicles, 2 unmarked vehicles, 2 police dogs, and a couple of drones overhead. I had not noticed the drones but my neighbor told me about them.
