It's already well-known we have satellites that can read a license plate from space.

Radar is a thing, too.

A podcaster friend who lives in a rural neighborhood somewhere near Somerset County reported that people on her neighborhood app were freaking out about very large drones hovering overhead all hours of the night. She checked it out herself at night and again in the early morning and they were still there, and she said it was very creepy. I immediately did a Google search and there were no news items I could find about this at that time.

I notice on MSNBC they brought up the idea that some of the sightings could be law enforcement drones. This might make sense in light of the assassination attempt at Bedminster. Also, CBS reported that one went down recently in rural Somerset County and police immediately converged on the site, but they were tight-lipped about what it was.
