What is this moron talking about? (Bernie Thompson/CLR)

Some moron on X just said this:

So Bennie Johnson just demanded the CLR prevents serving subpoenas on anyone from the J6 Committee."

Does anyone know what she's referring to? I've been looking up Thompson, CLR and J6 Committee for about 20 minutes.

BREAKING: A new provision in the latest CR lets Congress block subpoenas for House data, including emails, potentially preventing any investigation into the J6 Committee.

Has there ever been an incident in the history of Congress where a member of congress has been subpoenaed by a court of law for their official activities on a committee?

If you don't know, that's fine. I don't know either.

I know that there is a history of Congress members facing congressional censure, but I am not aware of any criminal investigations.
