BIG NEWS: The Senate just PASSED my Gabriella Miller Kids First Research Act 2.0!

This has been a top priority since the day I came to Congress.

I’m so proud we’ve delivered lifesaving funding so one day no family has to face the fear and pain of their child’s cancer diagnosis.

This was part of the kid's cancer research left out of the CR. The house has already passed this bill, but it was held up by Rand Paul in the Senate for months. It's of to Biden for signing.

cancer has gone up from 58% at the 5 year survival in the 1970 to the current rate of 85% at the 5 year survival.

Research and new treatments are impressive.

as a separate bill.

All so Elon can say that the CR is a "slimmed down" bill. To reiterate: a pediatric cancer research bill was held hostage so a billionaire could tweet about his successful negotiating skills. DUMBEST. TIMELINE.
