Is the Senate finished for the year?

Or is there still an opportunity to appoint additional federal judges to the bench prior to the commencement of the new Senate on January 3rd?

While they haven't adjourned sine die, they will not be conducting any more business. Moreover, all of Biden's district court nominees have been confirmed except for five that never received judiciary committee approval, four of which were nominated back in the spring.

Four other appeals court judges were not confirmed per an agreement reached with the repubs that allowed the last few weeks of district court nominations to be brought to the floor.
