Here's what I saw in the night sky

I live about 30 miles from SEA, the international airport at Seattle. My house is on one of the flight paths, so there are times when we see plenty of air traffic. Well tonight it's raining, and the cloud cover is low & thick. Nothing to see tonight.

But several nights ago, the sky was clear. I sat outside in our hot tub after dinner and watched the night sky for quite a length of time. I could recognize commercial & private aircraft, planets, stars, satellites, but I saw no drones and nothing weird or unrecognizable. There are times when we get swarms of military copters because we are on a path between an AFB and a boomer base. I know what such things look and sound like. Same for all the private jets that leave Friday nights and return Sunday afternoons.

Nothing weird and I can certainly can't remember getting an anal probing, but the GOP may correct that in the coming year. I don't know what to think about all those folks in NJ who insist that they need to shoot at unrecognizable things in the night sky.

Doesn't matter in the slightest what you did or didn't see where you are.
And yeh, I'm sick of so many people thinking all of us can't tell the difference between an airplane and objects hovering directly over our head, maybe 500 feet up.
Some can't tell the difference, most of us can, and most of us have never been crazies who thought they saw a flying saucer or had been anally probed.
