Well, to me, this explains why Trump was so adamant about nominating Gaetz as USAG. He already knew the contents of the Ethics Report. And he guessed that the Report would not be released to the public. And therefore, he had "something" on Gaetz to use as leverage, blackmail, whatever. And Gaetz would be an obedient servant -- to Trump, not to this country.

And let's take a look at Kash Patel, Trump's nominee for Director of the FBI. Reports have now come out that Trump had Patel surveilled before 2020. Another dossier! And more leverage, blackmail, whatever to ensure that Patel would obey his master.

IMO, every nominee put up by Trump either has a fat dossier somewhere or Trump's promised financial incentives or power or status. Otherwise, none of this makes sense.
