4. My life has been so shattered that it is hard for me to talk

Mr WT has been so sick and he is losing hope from being in the hospital and rehab for the better part of 3 years. I'm trying to keep it all together but the strain is great and I cry a lot.

I wish you strength to carry on and live the best life you can. May this coming year bring peace to each of us, even as the world goes to hell.

It does seem like the world is going to hell, but some of the same people who seem so irrational and angry, when you can get them to see and hear you, they melt with compassion.

9. hey kozar, just to be funny (or to be a jerk) i thought of just hitting the rec button and not posting

but obviously i didn't do that (tho i did hit the rec button)

not sure what i should talk about ... i guess i could try and stick to your topic and explain why i don't always write something on a thread...

i'll click the rec button when i like the thread, or if i think it is relevant or important.

sometimes i love the thread and then i forget to click rec.

sometimes i'm too tired or spacy to write anything.

sometimes i really don't have a comment to make but think the thread is important or enjoyable

trivia: i just made some peppermint mocha coffee and ate half an avocado (ultra trivia: i usually write the word avocado as "avAcado" only with the cap. letter--like i pronounce it which is like "ava maria" only without the maria)

i took one alka seltzer tablet and a bit of cough med is gonna be on the way soon. going to my daughter's house later and will probably be masking most of the time. she has these fantastic air filters and a whole house air filter (they installed a couple years ago) and i don't want to be sharing my cough with them -- tho i suspect i might have caught it from my young grandgirl.

On my Emeril Oven, I bought.
I hit the rec button, when I physically laugh.
I can talk politics all day, I can talk about SocialSecurity, Medicare when LilBit was with us, the high cost of dying, which is bull. 10k to get MrsK ashes home?
Somehow, I lived through all this with 2 great women, MrsK and,LilBit.
Yeah , sometimes I get a bit "jaded" by life.
