On the morning of January 20th, Biden should decare that Trump did indeed win the 2020 election, and hand it over

Then, as noon approaches, Trump can't legally take office because of the 22nd Amendment, since he already won twice before.

Just in case anyone doesn't know, this post is in jest.

certainly would be an interesting challenge since it does say "elected to the office of the President" rather than anything about actually serving them. Of course, it doesn't really apply here as Joe Biden has no authority to declare such a thing.
