UPDATE - I just read online that DJT is going to host the Kennedy Center Honors presentation - UPDATE.
I just saw that somebody else posted about this before me (with a link). Should I delete?
WTAF? He claims he was asked to host but he said no because he's the president but then he was begged to (no doubt, by big burly men with tears streaming down their faces: Please. Sir, please. Nobody else could ever do as good a job as you would) so he agreed. He also wondered why he's never gotten one of those honors himself and said "maybe next year."
FFS, this is not normal. None of this is normal. Why do we have so many people turning a blind eye to this outrageous and stupid behavior which is NOT NORMAL? Why is the press normalizing something that is so clearly NOT NORMAL?
I shudder to think what the hell is going to happen next.
