MS.NOW apparently was moved to a different online hosting service than MSNBC, and the first thing I noticed was that the audio was bad lower volume and lower quality than before. But it didn't take long to find that a bigger problem is that I can't keep a connection very long before it freezes and usually doesn't recover without a reload. Is anyone else seeing that, or is it a problem with my ISP?

(1,365 posts)Start by rebooting your source that controls your access. Internet? Cable? Uverse? PC?
I use Uverse, and my PC, and my phone. Everything is fine with MS NOW here.

(20,167 posts)A bit hinky the past few days; failing to load, cloudfront failing to verify and stuff like that. I've just put it down the the time of year and amount of traffic.

(10,263 posts)My Frontier Fios (formerly Verizon, soon to be Verizon once again) has done that forever even as MSNBC. So much so I have felt all along there were MAGAts in the system causing chaos.

(53,304 posts)Hope they straighten it out at some point. Hope they also get rid of the never ending PSAs and the Portuguese baker lady, too. They don't seem to understand after you've seen an ad a million and a half times it's enough.

(6,149 posts)broadcast goes dark altogether in between some programs, which I attribute to commercial ad slots being unfilled.
Know it's not my dish feed because no other channels have these glitches. Sometimes problems are due to inexperienced board operators not making proper switches or producers not cueing properly.
