Okay, call me suspicious of the DOJ, but

I just read a Meidas touch bluesky post which included a snippet of the Epstein files that were released, and it's pretty damning for trump. However, I'm wondering if the DOJ is releasing the specific claims that could sound outlandish to people who are bent on enabling and absolving trump. For example the survivor who alleged that trump was there when her uncle murdered her child. In other words, they're releasing these particular files as proof that the claims against trump are bullshit.

the DOJ released then deleted a DOJ document that contained bad things about Trump then deleted it, but Meidas Touch saved it. Seems odd they would release it then delete it.

have an old friend who was the office manager of a corporate defense firm. when a wave of suits was incoming, they wd find ways to make sure the 1st case to get to court had the nuttiest client.
then it was precedent, and tainted all the other claims.
it’s a thing lawyers do.
