"vexatious litigant"

I've wondered about this, and I have made a comment to the affect, but --

Can we organize a concerted effort to get Trump to be declared a vexatious litigant in all states and in federal courts. And maybe sanction his lawyers who are filing this crap? It is way too obvious that he is suing anybody, whether there are solid grounds or not, using the courts to harass and financially ruin people he doesn't like. Can we get the courts to stop this?

Feedback from any attorney here?

One challenging issue is that he "wins" too frequently. You can't demonstrate that filings are frivolous if the person has millions of dollars in settlements from those actions.

More importantly, Vexatious litigants are almost always non-attorneys who file mountains of motions and cases designed to annoy and harass the people on the other side. It costs them nothing but their own time (which is likely close to worthless) but costs the other side (and the courts) large amounts to defend. The "process is the punishment" (etc.). Being declared a VL does not remove your ability to file cases... it just forces you to do so through an attorney. And he's already doing that.

Suits brought solely to prevent defendants from speaking publicly about a matter. That might be a better remedy. Don't think that's nation wide though.
