The structure is largely vacant at the moment, with the exception of the 20,000-square-foot T-Squared Social venue operating on the ground level.

Officials said an EMS lieutenant and a police officer suffered minor injuries. All of the construction workers were accounted for.

5. If it's near Grand Central, it's near the Chrysler Buiilding. I'd assume the building is sprinklered and standpiped.

would have been a terrorist was to blame. My mind automatically goes there.
