Trump says 'military wanted' White House ballroom: 'That was supposed to be secret

So now it's the Military's fault for destroying a third of the white house and building a ballroom

President Trump says there’s a national security component to the construction of the White House ballroom that was “supposed to be secret.”

“Now it’s no secret, the military wanted it more than anybody,” Trump said of the construction of the ballroom Thursday during a Cabinet meeting at the White House.

“It was supposed to be secret, but it became unsecret because of people that are really unpatriotic saying things,” he said.

“But doesn’t matter, it’s going to be great,” the president added.

Trump ordered the East Wing of the White House to be demolished last year in order to construct a $400 million ballroom.

It was all 'the military's doing.'

Wanted: a much larger bus with very big wheels.

She makes pretty coherent case that the contractors and architects finally hired have expertise to build cybersecurity facilities, AI powered data centers for military, and hardened facilities and such. Also many corporate donors may be supplying work in kind in place of cash. According to this model, the ballroom looks secondary like a cover that perhaps attracted Trump to be on board
Sorry I couldn't figure how to put a link here.

And apparently the only possible location for all of that just happened to be right next door(?)

Or did all of that come later to justify the destruction of an ICONIC, historic edifice because of a no-account grifter's whim for gaudy opulence?

And how could you do that when they are sacrificing for us in a time of war?? God, his manipulation is getting obvious to a 10 year old.

Since when national-security builds are "privately" funding?

If he was not lying again (which he does), either one or the other is not true and doesn't make sense although he is so used to think only his stupid 35% will believe it
