When they did the demolition!
I think somehow they destroyed infrastructure below the East Room that contained Security and the state of art medical facilities that already existed there. His statements seem to be very worried about both. Would they ever admit they did that during the demolition? They were moving fast and breaking stuff so that no one could halt them. And he sure has been going to lots of "dental appointments" at Reid and in Florida. Somebody other than me needs to be bringing it up and asking questions.
