Too bad, I suppose, but not surprising. We have very, very short attention spans, it seems.

I have no special tribute for him, though.

As an early gay Representative, he was a very visible marker on the path of LGBTQ rights, for sure. I expect we'll hear more today from other posters. He deserves notice.
