...apparently for doing nothing more than touching a part of the peeled-off coating that had floated to the surface. Which, in the minds of the Fauxian media, is absolute proof that this algae is the fault of a massive radical left conspiracy to sabotage the Reflecting Pool and humiliate Trump/America on its 250th anniversary.

UNTIL THE FUCKING MEDIA STOPS PLAYING THEIR FUCKING "IT COULD BE THIS...IT COULD BE THAT, HE SAID-SHE SAID" FUCKING BULLSHIT.

The reason he believes he can get away with this LIE, is BECAUSE THE FUCKING PRESS HAS NEVER HELD HIM ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL HIS PREVIOUS LIES.

There was no vandalism. The paint/coating came loose on its own. A reminder that there are webcams showing this area 24/7. Any vandalism would have been caught on camera. The fact thaat nothing was seen on the webcams tells you all you need to know about the validity of Trump's claims. Also, the only corrosive and destructive chemicals poured in the pool were done by National Park Service employees.

He could go back, decide not to touch the Reflecting Pool at all, and save us a lot of time, money, and embarrassing headlines. Come to think of it, while he's at it, there is this ballroom thing to consider as well................
