Its not happening yet, but its not too soon to write.

He has nominated Sean Duffy for Transportation Secretary. Sean Duffy, a former Fox News host and U.S. House Representative with a shocking 2% lifetime score from the League of Conservation Voters, would lead the department responsible for America's largest source of greenhouse gas emissions. His climate denial and attacks on diversity programs show he would actively work to dismantle transportation safety and sustainability initiatives. The Department of Transportation manages vital programs from highway safety to airline regulations.

He has nominated Linda McMahon for Education Secretary. Linda McMahon, whose primary qualification is running World Wrestling Entertainment, would oversee America's entire education system despite having almost no education policy experience. The Department of Education oversees policies affecting millions of students. Trump has repeatedly stated his intention to eliminate the Department of Education entirely -- and McMahon would be his willing partner to make it happen.

Appointment. I wasn’t expecting that. In the committee it was 18-1.

Apparently she's one of those people who has no particular area of expertise.
