Will Rep. Dave Eastman survive "disloyalty" charge?

The Oathkeeper who did not participate in Jan 6 is on trial because the Oathkeepers are domestic terrorists. AK has a law preventing a person from holding office if they are a member of an organization that promotes overthrowing or tries to overthrow the government.

Unfortunately, I bet he will survive this nonjury trial. According to the article he easily won re-election so obviously his constituency doesn’t care. If it is up to just one judge, it is likely the judge won’t take his office away. We will see.
