be harder to deal with mentally.

I may be at the beginning of this journey. I have an MRI scheduled for 12/12 after several abnormal PSA tests. Then I meet with the Urologist on 12/24 to go over the MRI results. I'm hoping it's nothing but if it is something we should be catching it very early as I do get regular checkups with the doctor and have for my entire life. I was googling about it and decided I needed to stop doing that until I know what I'm dealing with. I was getting way into my head about it all.

any more because I don't want to scare you. He did miss some treatments for said reason of not being empty. Rich always did yearly check up too. It was caught early but was still malignant Rich started to scare himself reading stuff from the internet until he decided to stop. The estrogen hormone he will have to take for 2 years. He doesn't like that. If you need any words of advice fell free to mail me and if I can;t help Rich will speak with you. I wish you well on your journey my friend. I won't lie to you and say it is easy. You will be tired. Please keep me up to date. Be Blessed my friend. Love, Debbie. .

As far as what I am thankful for, the list would take me all night to type.
However, I just got a phone call from a friend whose family is noted for their desserts and who had 2 TG dinners today. He is bring over all the left over desserts later this evening as he knows I eat them for bkft. For that, I am truly thankful.

I'm not a Thanksgiving guy. The fare doesn't excite me. So my wife took charge but I was more involved than I thought I'd be.
When we were eating, SHE said "I should have let you do the seasoning & spices. It would have been more exciting.."
So, I ate underseasoned food of a variety I don't care for. Like I said: M'Eh
Plus, my Bears found a new & interesting way to lose another game!

Continuing to keep you both in my prayers.

I'm thankful for a large, wonderful family and for a particular niece who offered to host this year.

We have hosted for many years, but my husband Perry's heart and health issues have left him with little stamina. It was far less stressful for us and others sent leftovers home with us to feed our 16 mouths. Our two sons, their wives, and our ten grandkids are staying with us for the holiday. Trying to clean, cook, rearrange furniture to set up to feed the hordes all while 10 kids ages 1-16 are running around underfoot was something he's been able to enjoy this time without all the work of hosting, cooking, feeding, and entertaining on him. (He's the cook in the family, and I'm very little help in these situations.)

He's gained 20 lbs in a month and no longer looks cadaverous and has been straight for 37 days. He's in a Salvation Army Adult Rehab facility and he's doing great. He seems to thrive in group settings when drugs aren't being used.
