Seriously is there better service than an Apple Store anywhere on the planet- friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Big up.

(23,073 posts)Apple stores are clean, bright and spacious. The bathrooms are clean.
The products are excellent. We have several Macs, iPads and iPhones and couldn't be happier with their services, performance and coolness.
What did you get?

(23,073 posts)I have an iPhone 12 Mini that's about 4 years old and it still works perfectly. It's my fourth iPhone and I've never had any problems with any of them even though I'm a so-called power-user according to my tech guru, (young son).
When I upgrade the phone in a year or two, I'll get one with the biggest screen Apple offers because the phone has become more of a portable computer for me so I could use the extra screen space. When we go sailing, the phone is an integral part of my navigation suite so the bigger screen will be useful for electronic charts as well.
Good luck with your new device! May it give you the same excellence I've received.
Happy Black Friday, malaise.

(278,976 posts)They wanted to give me the latest, but I opted for the SE - equivalent to the iPhone 13.
I dont know how it worked so well but we all take care of one another and the kids and grandkids, etc. - takes a lot of trust and goodwill but it continues to work.
Have a blast today😀

(29,076 posts)The staff are all friendly enough at my local store but even when you make an appointment at the Genius Bar, you can expect a minimum 45 minute wait.
