Enjoying a Tidal Wave tonight.

Coconut rum, blue curaçao, amaretto, coconut cream, lime juice, and sugar.

Yummy!

Imagine a Grasshopper, only blue, and tasting of coconut instead of mint.

Almond Joy is easy. I would start with coconut vodka, add coconut cream, créme de cacao, and amaretto. Shake well with ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
