Was in Grocery store one day and one of her songs came on and I passed a woman who was humming along. We both smiled and burst out laughing.

Rainy days and Mondays and We only just begun are my two favorites. I really miss your voice.

And her death was a shock. At that time NOBODY knew what anorexia nervosa was, and how dangerous it was. I read that there was some article that referred to her as "chubby" and she reacted by cutting back her eating drastically. But she wasn't fat or thin, she was just right before she developed the eating disorder.

who commented on ‘baby fat’ or some such cruelty, and that marked the onset of her struggles with anorexia nervosa. If true, I hope the critic is doing a slow burn in hell.

I grew up as a GI brat who moved a lot, sometimes overseas....mention a year and I have to think about where I was and what I was doing - but I can hear a song and remember instantly.
