Shipping Issue Help advice needed?

I ordered a fleece pull over and turtleneck on November 30.The clothing company got it to Fed Ex the next day. Then because apparently they have some sort of agreement to help each other on shipments Fed EX delivered it to the Post Office that is the main distribution hub for this area on December 9. Apparently they must still have it and didn't get it to my local branch yet.

If it doesn't come soon do I contact the company to tell them I haven't gotten it, or will they just tell me to contact the postal service?

Your contract is with the clothing company. Their agents are FedX and USPS. Let the clothing company sort it out. Floyd R. Turbo Dec 17 #1

I had to have Amazon call USOS here because email stated item had been delivered in my mailbox, but it wasn't there.

Within an hour of my call to Amazon, the local USPS Supervisor called me for clarification & mail lady was checking every mailbox in her truck. She found item in a box way down the block. (Sadly in the 3rd eorld of Memphis region, they just do not give a shit whose mailbox they stuff mail into. I once received a neighbor's Social Security check!)

Anyway, USPS doesn't care at allif customers call or complain, but if an almighty business calls them, they respond instantly.

Good luck!

The local post office has lost packages of mine before. The last time Amazon went after them for me, and it wasn't even their shipment. I had called them to ask, if there was a way I could have my orders from them delivered by Amazon, Fed Ex, or UPS, because I no longer trusted our post office. The customer service guy told me, no, but he but asked me why. I told them they had lost 3 packages of mine from two other companies.

He said he was going to bump my concern up to management because I wasn't only 1 in my area having issues with this particular post office . The very next day the postman walks down my driveway with my missing packages and says, "I am sorry I accidentally delivered them to the empty house up the road." When I had called them a few days earlier they had told me that they were positive they had delivered it to my house and someone had probably just stolen them. Doubt I would have gotten them at all without Amazon's help.

There are scams with those handoffs with both FedEx and UPS, if they suggest delivered and you didn't get the package it was a scam. Hopefully this was fine, but I've dealt with that twice. That is only if it originated in China.

The clothing company is a U.S. based one that is an online spin off of the Lane Bryant company. I had gone on their site to see where my order was, and the tracking link they gave me for the order led me to Fed Ex site which is where the information was that they had delivered it to the Post Office.

I think since I got it directly from a link on the clothing companies site and not a random email or text link I should be ago. My guess is my local post office got it and just hasn't delivered it or left it at the wrong house. They do that a lot around here.
