and yippie, we're gonna have a white Christmas I think.....snowing now, up to 4 -6 inches.....

Southeastern MN, right across the Mississippi River from La Crosse, Wi. Christmas is what, next Wednesday?? So if it stays like normal temps we should have snow still. Gotta get my penguins out, have a flock of 11, originally had a bakers dozen of 13 but someone walked off with a pair, so now just 11. I usually bring them out a few at a time in previous years, ya know durning more “normal” winters. Now I’m going to bring them all out even with their red bows for a Christmas!!! Am kinda excited….they’ll be out now before Christmas. Had a local newspaper take a photo of them a few years back, that was pretty sweet. Oh, Happy Holidays everyone. 🎄 🎄

Boo, hiss, but it'll be good for traveling, I guess. A green (well, brown) Christmas seems to be the norm here these days.

and us - I made 2 paper origami penguins.

Not just any ole paper - this was a black art paper originally about ?18" X 12". So the finished origami came out to about 1 foot/12 inches.

I was kind of amazed I could do that with that paper; having only used white xerox paper, or real origami paper before.
