I first saw the movie on Chiller theater during a sleepover at my cousin's and was never so scared by a movie before. When I got home and told my mom about it, she told me how she had seen it at a movie theater where they had a nurse and a stretcher in the lobby, and some mechanical thing running around on the floor during the screening.

2. I loooooved that movie as a kid.

I once saw an interview with Vincent Price where he said he sneaked into a theater to watch audience reaction when the little buzzers they’d wired into the seats went off at that point. He gleefully said “It was like Cape Canaveral!”
