Dark Beira whisky cocktail
Ingredients
• 50ml Tomatin Legacy whisky
• 25ml Kraken rum
• 15ml lemon juice
• 25ml sugar syrup
• Lemon peel, to garnish
Method
1. Combine all the liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake then double strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with the lemon peel.
