Steampunk Sophia

Happy Friday everyone!

Here's a wee steampunk portrait. 6" x 4" canvas board, acrylic.

I made two of these a day when I lived in SF for a short while. I loved this one...

You got a lot of detail for such a small board! Fabulous rendering of the woman’s face and I love your choice of color. Did you make these to sell?

Yes, though it was a smooth board. Yes, I sold these for $70 each, and just would paint all day and sculpt too. That was back in 2011.

I super love detail.
