What are some of the details in movies that left you shaking your head?

I watched Drive recently.
The lead character wears, constantly, a very unique jacket, with a large image of a dragon on the back.
At one point in the film, he disguises his face.
But keeps the very unique jacket on in the entire scene.

1. Any war movie where the generals are 75 years old.

... but I always notice the overage military personnel.
