Layout for beaded egyptian collar

I over the course of a year gathered large amounts of beads for making an egyptian collar of metal and glass beads. No plastic or other cheap beads.

Glass cats and metal panther heads worked into it. Had to put some cats there.

So finally I think I have gotten all the beads I need for it.

Heres the first layout.

It will be a long term project probably take me a year to bead it all together.😸

They're metal tube beads with a tribal design on them. When I saw them I knew they were perfect for my collar.

I would be tweaky about using barrel clasps because they can unscrew themselves when you wear a necklace over time.

Than half my necklace would be left hanging. Lol.

I get in a groove with beading its all gravy after that. I would be taking my project everywhere, out getting coffee pull out the beads, sitting at a freinds place,or riding in the car, beading away,dr.office waiting get bored pull out the beads. Movie? beads. It gets kinda addictive after a while and then when finishing is in sight I work the beads even more. Than when its finished I start planning my next project.

Are you like this too.

I realize that you'd probably post your photo in the Crafts Group, but maybe you could also post it in the Photo Group too!
