I'm almost totally needlearts - embroidery and needlepoint

I do a lot of different types of each - right now I am working on a tradition needlepoint canvas all in basketweave, a whitework project with withdrawn and pulled thread, a crewel project with emphasis on shading and needlepainting, and will be starting several stumpwork projects soon.

But I've had exposure to weaving, quilting, beading, sewing (including costuming), leatherwork, braiding, ceramics, wood carving, carpentry, and a lot of other stuff.

Now that I am retired, I should have time, but I seem to stay busier than ever with cooking, baking, needlework, genealogy, and birdwatching!
