Good guitar tone was still a mixed bag in the early 70s. Lots of brittle or ragged (even harmonic) distortion.
Both of these guitars sounded very good.
I wad digging the vintage gear.
Flying V, Thunderbird bass, and I think I see Traynor & Acoustic amps. I wasn't a guitar player when those were hot items, so I never had either. (Lying: I had a 6 watt Acoustic practice amp for a while.)
It's fun to see videos where people aren't using Fender or Marshall.
