Music Appreciation

I have a bad habit of playing a song to death for a few weeks and then not listening to it again for months or, in some cases, years. The Recap highlighted a few of these:
To be fair, I play the hell out of the Legalize It album every few years. Then it disappears again. When it comes back, its like rediscovering a old, long lost, best friend. This year (late spring, to be exact) was an On year for it

(5,253 posts)We played their first two albums to death back when I was in college. They are playing here in the spring and Im thinking of going. Maybe. Havent seen them in many years, but they were always excellent live. Plus, Jelly Joseph is singing and she is amazing. I just dont have any people left who like the same music as I do, and going solo to a handful of shows these past few years hasnt been as much fun as it was going with a buddy. And Im now actually cognizant of the potential safety issues of being a woman out in the city at night by herself. Ugh. Perhaps older and wiser, and definitely less naive?

I'm a jam band guy and finding someone to go is impossible.

(5,253 posts)Its a separate app, and its also free with ads. Its $15 a month for no ads. I paid for about a year, but now I just deal with the ads. They can usually be skipped pretty quickly. You can make playlists on there, which is great. Ive got over a thousand songs saved in playlists but have never figured out how to rearrange them within a playlist. Other than that issue, highly recommend!
