King Crimson

This song came out when I was in high school and I totally thought it Talking Heads. I bought their albums but couldn’t find the song anywhere so forgot aboutt it and it didn’t get much radio play after that. Imagine my mind blown after all these years when this video pops up in my IG feed recently and I find out it was never Talking Heads but King Crimson.

2. Adrian Belew

Fronted King Crimson in the 80s and also worked and toured with Talking Heads and Tom Tom Club. You can definitely hear his guitar work in the studio sessions.

4. I Saw The Beat Tour In November '24

Of course, they did this song.
The entire show (except one song) was material from that era.
They named the tour off the 2nd of the 3 albums, which is also my favorite.
As Bruford & Fripp can no longer tour, Adrian & Tony recruited Danny Carey & Steve Vai, with Bill & Robert's blessing.
Very fun show. About a 1,500 seat venue, so no bad seats.
This song was one of the highlights of the show:
