(2,987 posts)A well-loved Paul w/mini hums
My turn to ask: Who made your archtop? She's lovely.
My gold top is a Schecter solo 6:
The P100'swere, to put it mildly..unimpressive.
I rewired the guitar to make them single coils got some lovely tones out of that.

(5,835 posts)Some of the players I knew in the previous century had guitars modified with Schecter pickups and other parts. I used to play for bar bands, starting back in the mid '70s, but haven't played onstage in last 20 years.
Thanks for the pic and specs. I like the modified Les Paul body, especially the deep cutaway to reach the extra two frets.
The archtop is a Flammang, built by luthier David Flammang. He doesnt have any archtops in his current line and this one seems to have been somewhat of an experiment. Its modeled after a Gibson L7 and has a 1-7/8 nut, which is perfect for my fingers and unorthodox style of fingerpicking.
Im the original owner of the LP. Its been with me for over 50 years. Had it refretted and replaced two bad pots in 2018.
