I had a quiet day and I took a nap, so that accounts for my wakefulness!
The photos are amazing. How did you catch the snake eating the frog? Great timing!

(9,970 posts)yeah, it was 1AM here....i went to bed right after posting this.
i was walking outside with my camera looking for milk frogs and i saw the snake on the ground with the tungara frog in his mouth.....i got down to his level and shot off a few frames.

(9,970 posts)yes, the design of frog and toad eyes is incredibly diverse and milk frogs seem to have the most striking ones.
