With a nod to it's history sections of the library can be closed off with hanging heavy drapes.

They have installed a huge modern style bike parking garage there so parking is easy.

I would just hate to be the person that has to replace dead light bulbs.

Plus they might have a regular schedule or wait until a certain number are dead then replace them all.
That is what scissor lifts are for.
