The Umbrella Academy

What a fantastic show! So much fun. Lots of twists and turns.
We managed to plow through it in a week.
Sure hope there is a second season, because they left us hanging pretty good!

But, I am also pretty permissive in my parenting style. I could see some families thinking it had too many adult situations.

I have to admit that 99% of my TV watching (other than rachel) lands on Netflix, Prime, Tubi and BBC America. There are so many shows that are worth watching on those platforms that the standard tv efforts leave me indifferent.
Kudos to the Umbrella Academy team. Keep it going!

So far at least. I need to complete the season prior to having more to say.

I'm on episode 9. To me, it kind of has a Royal Tenenbaums meets X-men mashup vibe.

I started to watch the show because it had Tom Hopper in it. Hopper played Luther Hargreaves in Umbrella. I got to know his work in Black Sails, a prequel to Treasure Island, where he played Billy Bones.

Looking forward to season 2.
