The suspect wasn’t running away. He was wobbling back and forth. They could have just walked up to the suspect.

or simply existing even though those dogs are behind fences, etc.

Where's the "it's only a [yet to happen] dog bite" attitude then?

3. there was one video with a cat, the cop was acting so scared of the cat, I was afraid ... but cat wasn't shot

the cop was backing up, yelling for them to get the cat, almost running away. Cat kept slowly walking towards him. LOL

6. lol. there was one with a lil dog. woman opened the door, and lil dog ran between her legs.

cop pulled his gun and shot the dog dead... just like that. it was crazy.
