where those twins were born is no longer in existence. Evidently birth certificates listed wrong birth dates. There are just so many questions about this whole thing.

I never saw anything in that article that indicated it was the country, not the state. Sure, the one family was in Germany but that could easily be explained. I guess I need to delete this, huh?
