Illinois Governor's Debate tonight at 7 PM. Pritzker (D-Incumbent) versus Bailey(R-Lunatic)

Many local stations will be running it. I'll watch on WCIA-Champaign.

1. Baily is a wacko, and even my red county neighbors think so.

Will they vote for a Governor that balanced the budget.
Cut taxes and gave a property tax rebate.
Spent money on infrastructure, education and services.

Or

Republicans that complain, do nothing, mismanage and cut everything.

2. In my area, Bailey is sure winning the yard sign race. They are everywhere.

He is seen by my neighbors as "The Christian Choice", even though he lies about everything.

I do think Pritzker will win in a blowout. Thank God for Chicago Democrats who consistently Get Out the Vote.

6. Well, I watched it.

Bailey was about as awful as I thought he'd be. Constantly yelling over Pritzker in that nasal twang of his. Ugh.

The best part was near the end, when Bailey was asked to name the Jewish leaders who he claimed agreed with him about the life lost from abortion being worse than the Holocaust.*

He declined to answer, saying, "I'm not gonna put anybody on record." Yeah, right.

The audience (who had already been admonished to be quiet more than once) booed!
