Woman dies after stray dog attack on North Pulaski Street, ongoing investigation (WBFF)
Baltimore (WBFF) A woman is dead after a group of stray dogs attacked her on Friday night. Officials say police went to the 2000 block of North Pulaski Street for a dog bite.
When officers arrived, they were advised that a group of stray dogs attacked a female victim. The victim succumbed to her injuries due to the dog attack.
One officer discharged their firearms, striking one of the dogs.
This is an active and ongoing investigation.

... and then surprise surprise a pack of roaming angry dogs attacks you and tears your body apart.
Why wasn't animal control authorities notified of this roaming pack of dogs before this tragety transpired ? Caught and removed so this threat and danger of human injury/death would not happen.
A pack of free roaming dogs who's instincts are wired for atracking anything that moves - is no joke.

developed a phobia. So sorry for this poor soul.

that their "loose" kind pup can do a turn around if the fates meet.
It happens packed or not.
