The only maddening is keeping the incumbent local school board members who have been running it badly.

Hello. I am just introducing myself. I wasn't sure where I should do this and I can't start a post yet, so I figured I would reply in my home state forum. I'm in the Cloquet area and have lurked here for a while but finally decided to join for the election. Very disappointed in the outcome to say the least. I had to attend a funeral today and it feels like two funerals. I just learned that my county (Carlton) went red for the first time since 1928. They sent a wife batterer Jeff Dotseth back for another term over a respected attorney. I don't understand what's happening to my country and here in Minnesota. I feel cheated and lied to. Well, I'm glad to be here formally now anyway. Thank you.
