JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - New plans are being discussed in Jefferson City this week, including a proposed bounty hunter program for illegal immigrants.

The proposed bill would pay people to catch those they believe to be in the United States illegally.

Senate Bill 72 was pre-filed to the Missouri legislature. It is sponsored by House Representative David Gregory.

Gregory wants to pay Missourians $1000 to find and detain illegal immigrants in the state.

This bill, if enacted, is a good way to tear a state apart, neighbor by neighbor, neighborhood by neighborhood, town by town, and county by county.

SB 72 Creates provisions relating to illegal aliens

Have a plan to pay people to do the jobs the state will lose after this horrible plan is enacted? Will any one be murdered.

I’m gonna guess here but this sounds like a master plan cooked up by republicans utilizing their two master tools, hate and ignorance.

If you rat out a friend, neighbor, co-worker for violating any rule, you get a better job or apartment.

Texasistan too. I wish I had kept the link to an article where a supervisor at a meat packing plant in texasistan bluntly said whites could not physically do the job.
While I don't wish those who are productive members of society yet are not here technically legal to be deported, I will pop some popcorn and have an adult beverage as I watch those with xenophobia evacuate their bowels into their drawers when the labor pool is gone. Junior is certainly not going to mow the lawn and debutante daughter clean the toilets in the house.

find out the 300,000 undocumented immigrants in Texas contribute $5 billion a year in taxes to the great Lone Star state!

But wait there’s more! When Dan Patrick lowers your property taxes and the Austin boys pass school vouchers and the State has lost $5 billion a year - what’s going to happen to your taxes? What’s going to happen to your town’s revenue? Hmmmm?

About 40% of the Texas construction industry is comprised of undocumented individuals. Texas cannot produce enough construction workers to sustain its massive growth without these workers.

But illegal aliens dontcha know? 😂

Report everyone all the time multiple times. The system will collapse under the weight of all of the reports since the vast majority will be citizens anyway.

And they haven't even figured out where to deport them to.

The Bahamas just rejected trump's offer to taking in deportees.

This Project 2025 advocates have no idea what they're doing.

Please. And he is a schmuck.

I lived there for a long time. The good news is that these crazy bills are presented all the time and most of them don't get anywhere. The bad news is that 1. anyone even thought of this and 2. sometimes they actually get passed.

(And wait, a senate bill sponsored by a house rep. Hello, KCTV5, can we talk?)
