U.S. Attorney: Las Vegas prisoner threatened to kill Reno judge, family
A Nevada prisoner was accused of sending threatening letters to a Reno federal judge after she dismissed a lawsuit he had filed against several correctional officers in Las Vegas.
David Paule, 47, of Indiana Springs, Calif., was indicted Tuesday on three counts of influencing, impeding or retaliating against a federal official by threatening them, according to the U.S. Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of California.
