Cheap Chicken

I pay $72 for 40 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I have been doing it for a few years now. Their chicken is good. If you do not have room for that much, split it with a friend or family member. Spread the word around so we can all help each other save money.

Will consider doing this .
My only question is why is it so hard to find bone in chicken breast that aren’t the size of a dinner plate . Restaurants have them , but not the public .
The smaller ones cook more evenly , the larger are dried out on the edges before the centers are done .

These chicken breasts are huge. Like one breast would do us several meals, so I get what you are saying. They have chicken fingers/tenderloins that are same weight but I believe about $12 more. I am cheap enough, I would rather save the money and chop up the breasts. It takes me a couple of hours to chop up the breasts and bag them.

I may just write and ask them about smaller bone in breast.
I find bone in more flavorful , even in the thighs . That’s a great price at $1.10 # for bone in thighs
