Gov Cooper speaking now

and if i heard it right NC is now under a state of emergency due to covid19
there 7 confirmed cases now, and 25 tests waiting confirmation
there are 300 test kits available, more expected

being broadcast now on UNC tv 4

I did my weekly shopping in W-S. Hand sanitizer sold out. Water and TP still available at dollar store, Aldi and Lidl.
