In 2022 the Dawson's moved to Florida, but after 3 major Hurricanes in 2024 they are planning to move back to Ohio.

While it's true that there's no place on earth where you'll be totally safe from natural disasters, there are definitely places where they're ~~more likely to happen~~ expected to happen.
